Elevated Applications ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who enroll in or interact with the Elevated Applications Executive Protection Membership Program. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, biometric data, health information, or protected class characteristics unless you voluntarily provide such information in a written submission.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, each tied to a legitimate interest or contractual necessity:

  • Program delivery — To provide access to enrolled content, track progress, administer assessments, and issue certificates.
  • Account management — To create and maintain your student account, process enrollment, and manage tier gating.
  • Payment processing — To fulfill your purchase and issue receipts. Payment data is handled by our third-party processor and not stored by Elevated Applications.
  • Communications — To send enrollment confirmations, program updates, assessment feedback, and responses to your inquiries.
  • Program improvement — To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve curriculum, platform performance, and student experience.
  • Legal compliance — To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal process, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used to run this program — nothing else.

 
Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Program. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function.

Kajabi operates as a data processor on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We encourage you to review Kajabi's Privacy Policy in connection with this Policy.

We do not authorize any third-party service to use your personal data for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

 
Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.

  • Active enrollment records — Retained for the duration of your enrollment and for a minimum of 3 years following program completion or last activity.
  • Certificate records — Retained indefinitely to support verification of completion by graduates.
  • Assessment submissions — Retained for 3 years following program completion.
  • Payment records — Retained for 7 years in compliance with applicable financial regulations.
  • Communications — Retained for 2 years from the date of the most recent exchange.

When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

 
Cookies & Tracking

The Program is delivered through Kajabi, which uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, maintain your session, and measure usage. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.

  • Essential cookies — Required for platform login, session management, and core functionality. Cannot be disabled without impairing platform use.
  • Analytics cookies — Used to understand how students interact with the platform in aggregate. Data is anonymized where possible.
  • Preference cookies — Store your settings and preferences to improve your experience.

You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies; however, doing so may affect your ability to access or use the Program. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking outside of program usage.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights for all students regardless of jurisdiction.

Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Certificate and completion records may be retained.

Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.

Request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
 
Right to Opt Out of Communications
Unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to the contact address in Section 10. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

 
Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or misuse. These measures include:

  • Delivery of all program content over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
  • Access to student records restricted to authorized Elevated Applications personnel only.
  • Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-compliant third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
  • Platform security maintained in accordance with Kajabi's enterprise security standards.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take data security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Kajabi account.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law and provide guidance on steps you can take to protect yourself.

 
Children's Privacy

The Elevated Applications Executive Protection Membership Program is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

If you believe a minor has enrolled in or submitted information to the Program, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 10. We will promptly investigate and delete any personal information belonging to a minor.

 
Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Program, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy.
  • Notify enrolled students via the email address on file.
  • Post the revised Policy to the Program platform.

Your continued use of the Program following notice of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must discontinue use of the Program and submit a written notice to us.
