Terms & Conditions of Enrollment

The Program is delivered entirely online through the Kajabi platform. Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access credentials to the applicable tier or full program. You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your account.

• Program access is granted to the individual enrollee only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Content is delivered as written lesson documents, scenario briefs, knowledge checks, and applied assessments.
• Tier access is sequential and gated — no tier unlocks until all prior assessments are completed and approved.
• Elevated Applications reserves the right to revoke access for violation of these Terms or the Student Conduct standards in Section 6.
• Program materials are subject to updates and revision. Enrolled students receive access to current versions.

Elevated Applications makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, platform outages, or force majeure events may temporarily limit access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students of planned outages in advance.

All program content — including but not limited to lesson documents, assessment materials, case studies, templates, frameworks, and the Elevated Applications name and marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Elevated Applications and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, or share any program content in any form without express written permission.
• You may not use program materials to develop competing training products or services.
• Screenshots, recordings, or downloads of program content are prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
• Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for your personal professional development only.

Elevated Applications holds students to the same professional standard expected of working executive protection agents. Enrollment is a commitment to conduct yourself with integrity throughout the program.

• All submitted work must be your own. Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or fabrication of assessment responses, is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
• Assessment submissions must reflect honest, original thinking. Attempts to circumvent the gating structure will result in removal from the program.
• You may not misrepresent your enrollment in or completion of this program to any third party.
• Disrespectful, threatening, or abusive communication directed at any Elevated Applications staff member is grounds for immediate removal.

Elevated Applications retains sole discretion in determining whether conduct violations have occurred and in applying appropriate consequences up to and including permanent account termination.

The Elevated Applications Certificate of Completion is issued upon successful completion of all three tiers, including all module knowledge checks, applied assessments, and capstone approval by the program facilitator.

• Certificate issuance is at the sole discretion of the program facilitator. Payment of program fees does not guarantee certificate issuance.
• Certificates reflect successful completion of this specific program and do not constitute a professional license, government certification, or industry credential recognized by any regulatory body.
• Elevated Applications makes no representation that completion of this program satisfies any state, local, or federal licensing requirement.
• Students who do not meet assessment standards may be offered the opportunity to revise and resubmit, at facilitator discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Applications, its officers, employees, facilitators, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your enrollment in or use of the Program.

Elevated Applications expressly disclaims any liability related to:

• Employment outcomes, job placement, or career advancement following program completion.
• Actions taken in a professional capacity based on knowledge or frameworks presented in the program.
• Any injury, damage, or liability arising from the application of program content in a field context.
• Data loss, platform outages, or third-party service disruptions beyond our control.

Elevated Applications' total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your enrollment.

Elevated Applications collects and processes your personal information in connection with your enrollment and program use. By enrolling, you consent to this collection and use in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• We collect your name, email address, payment information, and program activity data.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. Elevated Applications does not store full payment credentials.
• Program access data, assessment submissions, and progress records are retained for a minimum of 3 years following program completion.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

The Kajabi platform governs certain aspects of data collection and processing. Students are subject to Kajabi's privacy practices in addition to those of Elevated Applications.
